Slack to Gain ChatGPT Integration With Support for Queries and Conversation Summaries, Salesforce Says

Slack will be updated with support for popular chatbot ChatGPT, which is powered by artificial intelligence. According to Salesforce, the company will also combine its proprietary AI with that of partners like OpenAI to offer its own EinsteinGPT technology. Slack users will be able to ask queries and get summaries of conversation threads, according to the company.
