India's robust tech ecosystem would see spring, or summer, instead of a tech winter, according to Minister of State for Electronics and IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar. The minister also said that the momentum of digital economy would continue in 2023, backed by enabling rules and laws that offer catalysing framework for technological growth and innovation.
