Elon Musk Wants Tesla Shareholder Lawsuit Moved to Texas, Claims He Can't Get Fair Trial in California

Elon Musk's lawyers have asked a federal judge in the US to move a Tesla shareholder trial to Texas from California, claiming that he would not get a fair trial in the state. The billionaire has asked the court to postpone the trial until negative publicity regarding the billionaire’s purchase of Twitter has died down, if moving the trial is not possible.
