Russia Open to Idea of Allowing Crypto Use for Cross-Border Payments: Report

The Russian Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Russia have endorsed the use of digital wallets to make cross-border payments, a move viewed as undermining global sanctions by providing an alternative to the Russian Ruble.
