Apple, Google Face South Korea Probe Over In-App Payment Violations

South Korea's telecommunications regulator Korea Communications Commissions (KCC) revealed that Google, Apple and One Store may have violated rules after an inspection that began on May 17, and that it would launch in investigation into these app store operators.
