The Batman ‘Penguin’ HBO Max Prequel Spin-Off Series in Development: Reports

Colin Farrell’s Oswald Cobblepot/ Penguin, from The Batman movie, will get his own HBO Max prequel spin-off series — with Lauren LeFranc as showrunner, and The Batman director Matt Reeves as executive producer. The Batman releases in March 2022.
