Twitter briefly removed the verified blue badge, aka blue tick, from the personal account of Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu on Saturday. It resulted in outrage from a large number of people. Some of them also alleged it was a biased decision. However, the move was due to Twitter’s policies.
