Sandes Is the Government's Own WhatsApp: How to Download It, and Everything You Need to Know

Sandes has been launched by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) as an Indian alternative to WhatsApp and other instant messaging apps. The new app is an upgrade to the existing Government Instant Messaging System (GIMS) that was meant for official communication between government employees.
