Slack Work-Chat Service to Be Acquired by Salesforce in $27.7-Billion Deal

Salesforce is buying work-chatting service Slack for $27.7 billion (roughly Rs. 2,03,400 crores) in a deal aimed at giving the two companies a better shot at competing against industry powerhouse Microsoft.
