DoT Addresses Surveillance Concerns Raised By COAI, Claims to Use Data to Resolve Call Drops
Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has responded to the surveillance concerns raised by the Cellular Operations Association of India (COAI) and said that the call data record requests were intended to address poor calling experience in India.
